Gross Revenue Sharing
We provide a complete turnkey solution — meaning there are no costs or responsibilities for the venue.
• We supply, install, refill, and maintain the machines entirely.
• All servicing, cleaning, and restocking are handled by our team.
• We cover all overheads, including insurance, transaction fees, and machine maintenance.
• The Nayax system allows remote monitoring for real-time sales and performance tracking by both us and yourselves.
You simply receive your monthly commission payment, along with a clear sales summary.
We offer two partnership options:
1. 20% of total revenue – a simple, fixed percentage of all sales.
2. 40% profit share – a higher return based on sales after product costs.
Under the 40% profit-share model, the only deductions applied before calculating profit are the direct product cost (the cost of refilling the fragrances) and the card-transaction fees from the Nayax system.
All other overheads — including machine purchase, installation, maintenance, insurance, and servicing — are fully covered by ScentSation Vending.
Under the 20% total revenue share model
The venue receives 20% of the machine’s total monthly revenue, with no deductions applied before the percentage is calculated.
This means the commission is based on the full gross sales figure, exactly as shown on the machine’s monthly sales report.
